Rachelle Klammer, (she/her), MD, is a physician who practices emergency medicine at CarePoint, PC, in Denver, Colorado. She studied at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and pursued her residency at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
Dr. Klammer is a member of the Colorado Medical Society and serves as an alternate delegate to the AMA House of Delegates. She is the current president of the Aurora Adams County Medical Society. She is also a board member at the American College of Emergency Physicians. Prior to joining the AMA Foundation Board of Directors, she was a member of the foundation’s special development committee.
A recipient of an AMAF Physicians of Tomorrow Scholarship and a participant in the Leadership Development Institute, she has earned numerous awards and grants from several organizations including The Medical Center of Aurora, the Regional Institute for Health and Environmental Leadership, the Louisiana State Medical Society and more.
