Poster 1: Creating a LGBTQIA+ Curriculum in Family Medicine Residency
Overview: Outline the process and barriers to creating a 2 year LGBTQIA+ curriculum for our family medicine residency; Poster 2: a quality improvement project on creating access to barrier protection for the patients in our clinic in an inclusive way.
Objectives: Identify the importance of incorporating community perspectives when designing education and training in service of LGBTQIA+ communities.
